Email the following information to lecturer.celeste@gmail.com after making payment:
(i) Proof of Credit Card or PayPal payment
(ii) Indicate your intake number if you were taught by Mdm Celeste Ng or indicate 'Student of Refresher Course'.
(iii) Attach CEA's confirmation on the date of your exam
